Recreation Boom

ADOR's Recreation Booms are used to demarcate recreational areas to deter marine traffic and stop jellyfish from entering simultaneously.

Recreation Boom

ADOR's Recreation Booms have a dual function. They are used as a demarcation of recreational areas to deter marine traffic and stop jellyfish from entering at the same time. The recreation booms are suitable for short/ long-term installations in combination with periodic net cleaning to remove marine growth. The frequency of cleaning depends on the installation environment.

Models:

REB175 / REB300

Standards:

  • High-profile floats for better visibility with split design.
  • Floats are virtually unsinkable since their closed-cell polyurethane foam filling ensures complete buoyancy even if the outer skin is damaged in a collision.
  • The quality polyethylene material used for the outer skin is highly resistant to the damaging effects of UV light and color fade over time, ideal for applications in high UV environments.

Applications:

Used as a demarcation of recreational areas to deter marine traffic and stop jellyfish from entering simultaneously.
